This quote sums up my relationship both with music and my desire to express opinions and ideas on said topic. I do have some knowledge and experience in the field - just enough to make me dangerous? Perhaps! But this is music we're discussing, so it's probably just enough knowledge to make me look silly. I actually borrowed the quote from an article by Doug McGuff, MD (bodybyscience.net). In the article, McGuff describes geeks as those whose aptitude in a given field is exceeded by their passion for that subject. By that definition, I am a geek several times over.
